It was a wild year for music on Echoes and we’ve sorted through the hundreds of new music releases to pick the Top 25 albums for 2018. There are familiar veteran acts and some exciting newcomers.
The Echoes Top 25 for November 2018 features the Dead Can Dance CD of the Month “Dionysus” at the top, followed by White Sun, Lena Natalia, Mark Dwane, William Fitzsimmons and 20 more.

The Echoes Top 25 for September 2018 features the Ólafur Arnalds’ CD of the Month “re:member” at the top, followed by Talitha Rise, and William Fitzsimmons and Dr. Deep House
The Echoes Top 25 for August 2018 features Talitha Rise’s CD of the Month “An Abandoned Orchid House on top. Right behind are new recordings by David Arkenstone, Ólafur Arnalds and more.
The Echoes Top 25 for July 2018 with All India Radio’s July CD of the Month on Top. Right behind is the August pick, Talitha Rise’s An Abandoned Orchid House, Ólafur Arnalds and more.
The Echoes Top 25 for June 2018 features Loreena McKennitt’s first CD of new music in twelve years, Lost Souls, along with Loma, Khruangbin, All India Radio, and more.
Echoes Top 25 for April includes Moby, Alpha Seeds, Chuck Van Zyl, Khruangbin, Jeff Johnson & Brian Dunning, Delia Derbyshire Appreciation Society, Loreena McKennitt, Jeff Greinke.
Echoes Top 25 for March is topped by our March CD of the Month, Winterlight’s The Longest Sleep Through the Darkest Days. It’s followed by Freya Ridings and Moby with April’s CD of the Month.
Echoes Top 25 for February includes CD of the Month by Poppy Ackroyd, the duo Overcoats, electronic artist Lane 8, Moby, a reissue from Ben Vaughn, Ian Boddy & Erik Wollo and Al Di Meola.
