World Fusion on Echoes
World fusion was a big part of the Echoes sound in the 1990s, and while no one was looking it has returned with artists like Tropo, Liquid Bloom, Mamak Khadem and the Zikr Project among many others. Two world fusion albums are up for New Age Grammys. John Diliberto digs into this sound on Echoes from PRX.
