Guitarist Tom Caufield Plays Live on Echoes

Tom Caufield is a veteran musicians and one of the most inventive and overlooked guitarists around. His albums are conceptual works that take the acoustic guitar beyond what you’d expect including works for Moog and chamber orchestra. Albums like Moog and Nylon and Forging the Moonlight take the instrument into new terrain. His latest album, Wash the Dusk with Silver, is an ambient chamber music masterpiece. He also produced one of the two best seasonal albums of the last decade, I Heard It Was Christmas Day. Tom Caufield comes in to play his music live on Echoes.

    • What time did the show start? The tracks are listed by half hour increments so if your show started at 10 pm the track would be Johann Johannsson’s Heptapod.
