The Doors 50th
On January 4th, 1967, The Doors fired the first shot in a monumental year in music. 50 years later we’ll hear tracks from the debut, covers, and a concert of Doors music by the band’s keyboardist Ray Manzarek, with pianist George Winston. John Diliberto opens The Doors of perception.

John,
Great job on the Doors special
Thanks!
11:11pm est what was the amazing acid jazz tune, off-beat muffled piano, female vocals, break-beat drumming, with flute interludes and xylophone song? It played through until around 11:15.
