Agnes Obel's Citizen of Glass is the Echoes November CD of the Month
On her third album, Danish singer Agnes Obel creates a darkly introspective work that draws on meditative sounds, madrigals, muted piano and eerie strings to create a work that expands the sound that began on her first album and CD of the Month, Philharmonics. Six years later, her new CD, Citizen of Glass is also a CD of the Month. We’ll feature it today on Echoes.
