Life, Death & Walmart with Hannah Georgas

Hannah Georgas started out as kind of a very peppy pop artist, but now she’s gotten a bit more introspective and intimate recently. She has a wonderful new album called For Evelyn, named for her grandmother. It’s a launching point for themes of identity and mortality. Georgas has created a sound that’s part Depeche Mode and is helped in production by Graham Walsh of electronic anarchists, Holy Fuck
