Interview with OnDeadWaves
OnDeadWaves is the gothic Americana shoegaze project of James Chapman from Maps and Polly Scattergood. As OnDeadWaves they’ve created a gothic western noir sound that explores themes of loss, alienation, addiction and desolation. They take shoegaze on a ride through the American west. OnDeadWaves talks about their July CD of the Month and the imagery behind it.

I can’t understand your website. I thought I heard you say “Anna Broom”. The song’s lyrics were ” You’re exquisitely fine. You’re fabulous. You’re my….”
It’s Sunday night and about 11:20pm the song came on. You instructed to go to Echis.org. I am disappointed that the website is not set up more clearly. Is it military time being used? What time zone?
Would love to get the album. Would love to figure out how to navigate your website. Could I get a return reply?
Thank You. Sam
