Before Tangerine Dream, Paul Oakenfold or Ulrich Schauss there was Tonto’s Expanding Head Band. The duo of Malcolm Cecil and Robert Margouleff created the seminal electronic space album, Zero Time, in 1971. We celebrate this epic, but at the time underground release on its 55^th anniversary on Echoes from PRX.
