She was a back-up singer for Madonna for about a decade, but now Donna De Lory creates a more spiritual and serene kind of music. She has an album out with guitarist James Harrah called Sing to the Light. Donna has been on Echoes many times over the years as we’ve followed her solo career. She’s a wonderful singer and songwriter and this album takes her into more atmospheric terrain. John Diliberto lights it up on Echoes from PRX.
