An Echoes Celtic Soundscape for St. Patrick's Day
It’s the sounds of Ireland on a Celtic Soundscape for St. Patrick’s Day. We head into the serene and mystic side of Ireland with music from Seamus Egan, Loreena McKennitt, Enya, Afro Celt Sound System and some artists you may not think of as Celtic, but they have recorded tracks inspired by the art and literature of the Emerald Isle. Among them are Tangerine Dream, Jefferson Airplane and Dead Can Dance. John Diliberto isn’t Irish, but he will be on a Celtic Echoes from PRX.
