On a Slow Flow Echoes, music by the Fractal Sextet, a improvisational fusion project from Swiss guitarist Stephan Thelen. He’s gathered an international cast that includes American guitarist Jon Durant, British bassist Colin Edwin from Porcupine Tree, Swiss percussionist Andi Pupato who has played with Andreas Vollenweider and Nik Bartsch’s Ronin, Italian keyboardist Fabio Anile, and Israeli drummer Yogev Gabay. Think Mahavishnu Orchestra and King Crimson. Their album is Sky Full of Hope. And we’ll hear from Christoph Pabst off his new EP, Northern Isles.
