Peter Gregson 21st Century Orchestra: The Echoes Interview
Peter Gregson is a classically-trained cellist. He’s recorded with orchestras as well as composers Max Richter and the late-Jóhann Jóhannsson. We talked to him about the ambient chamber music on his 2021 recording Patina, which mixed synthesizers and electronic processing, and his cello run through a vocoder. He has a eponymous recording.
