New Music from Frankie Rose and Gemma Ray on Echoes
Frankie Rose started out as a punk artist, playing with groups like Crystal Stilts, Dum Dum Girls and Vivian Girls before striking out on her own with the equally punk Frankie Rose & the Outs. But she’s evolved into electronic pop on her new album, Love As Projection. We’ll hear that, and Gemma Ray and the Death Bell Gang, which sounds kind of ominous but is really quite beautiful.
