Tom Caufield is a veteran musicians and one of the most inventive and overlooked guitarists around. His albums are conceptual works that take the acoustic guitar beyond what you’d expect including works for Moog and chamber orchestra. Albums like Moog and Nylon and Forging the Moonlight take the instrument into new terrain. His album, Wash the Dusk with Silver, is an ambient chamber music masterpiece.
