Singer Rachel Eckroth started out as a jazz pianist, but now she’s exploring a more personal, contemporary sound. When she isn’t backing-up musicians such as Rufus Wainwright, KT Tunstall and Chris Botti, she releases elaborately-produced albums like When It Falls. She plays solo versions of those tunes, live on Echoes.
