Tonight on Echoes we talk to Hooverphonic, the Belgian band that traffics in haunting dream-pop, grooving trip-hop and John Barry-inspired songs that sound like they stepped right out of a James Bond film circa 1965. They have a new CD out called The Night Before. It’s been out in Europe for two years but is just released in the US.
