There will be some seasonal chill in the air on Echoes as we near Christmas. But we’ll also hear new music from Peter Gabriel off his album i/o and Jean-Michel Jarre from Oxymoreworks.
David Darling passed away in 2021, but Hans Christian took raw recordings from Darling, added his own cello and processing, and created Ocean Dreaming Ocean, the Echoes January CD of the Month.
Echoes doesn’t have 12 days of Christmas but we do have 12 CD of the Month Picks. We’ll go through them, first forward from January and then backwards from December.
Before we completely leave 2023 behind, we look back at the Best of Albums of 2023 on Echoes. It was such a good year with artists like BT, Steve Roach and Amaara making it to the final 30.
