It’s another Slow Flow Echoes as we journey through an all-instrumental soundscape that includes new music from Pink Floyd guitarist David Gilmour. We’ll hear an instrumental track from his album, Rattle That Lock. We’ll also hear La Strada, an ambient chamber music CD by Kevin Keller.
Coming up on a Slow Flow Echoes, we’ll hear new music by Tom Caufield who combines acoustic guitar with Moog synthesizer on the appropriately titled album, Moog & Nylon.
Wu Man plays the Pipa, a Chinese lute known for its light, pastoral sound. She often plays new music, collaborating with explorers such as the Kronos Quartet, and she recently released an album of children’s songs from around the world.
