She was a back-up singer for Madonna for about a decade, but now Donna De Lory creates a more spiritual and serene kind of music. She has a new album out with guitarist James Harrah called Sing to the Light. Donna has been on Echoes many times over the years as we’ve followed her solo career. She’s a wonderful singer and song-writer and this album takes her into more atmospheric terrain. John Diliberto lights it up on Echoes from PRX.
