Ayla Nereo comes in to play live. She’s a very special performer who touches on the ecstatic with a sound that hovers at the borders of singer-songwriters and new age music. One writer called her a modern day flower child. She writes songs about consciousness raising, the permaculture movement and decorates her music with nature metaphors. Her latest album is By the Light of the Dark Moon.
I heard you for the first time this morning on WEXT, 230 in the morning. Your voice is very individual and boy did it touch a soft spot in me. You are a very talented artist and I would like to support and hear more of your music somehow.
