Oboist Jill Haley Celebrates the 100th Anniversary of The National Park Service Live.
On this August 25 we celebrate the vast landscapes of American National Parks and the Centenary of the National Park Service with a live performance by oboist and pianist Jill Haley. She’s an acclaimed musician who is a member of the acoustic fusion trio
One Alternative and has played on dozens of recordings produced by
Windham Hill’s Will Ackerman. Her latest solo album,
National Park Soundscapes is a serene meditation of chamber tone poems for parks from Maine to California, all of which she’s visited. Jill Haley comes in with
David Cullen on guitar and
Sue McDevitt on piano, to play live.
