Jeff Johnson is a noted keyboardist who has recorded on Windham Hill Records and released dozens of recordings on his Ark Music label. Phil Keaggy is a monster guitarist out of Nashville who has been an icon both among Christian music fans and fingerstyle pickers. Over the last 3 years they’ve released a pair of atmospheric and melodically enveloping recordings, Frio Suite and WaterSky. They come into the Echoes studio, along with flutist Brian Dunning and violinist Wendy Goodwin, to play their music live.
In the second hour of Echoes, we remember Edgar Froese, the founder of Tangerine Dream, who died suddenly on January 20. The entire hour will be dedicated to his music.
