It's music from space music traveler Steve Roach on the next Echoes. His latest CD is called Landmass and it's a cinematic flyover done in electric tones. We also hear the latest release by David Pritchard and his guitar orchestra.

Expect to hear seductive rhythms and voices from Thievery Corporation, Bombay Dub Orchestra, Nucultures, and Loungeclash. The midnight martini lounge goes psychedelic in the Echoes New Year’s Eve Chillout Room.

Since the early 1990s, composer/guitarist David Pritchard has been making a minimalist derived, melodically driven music based on multiple guitars playing interlocking, dizzying, maze-like compositions that draw you into their spinning cycles like a fractal web. It's entrancing to hear, difficult to play. We'll listen to David Pritchard with an acoustic guitar trio doing it live when they step into the Echoes living room.
