AURAH'S AURAL ALCHEMY
Aurah is Swiss musicians Marc Dold and Judith Martin. You've heard them both separately as session musicians and re-mix artists. Dold's re-mix team, S.A.F, created the hit version of Enya's "Only Time." As Aurah, Dold and Martin traffic in an electronica brand of ethereal world fusion whose themes are inspired by Paulo Coelho's mystic novel, "The Alchemist." They blend Middle Eastern and flamenco touches with electronica grooves and Martin's breathy vocals. Aurah talk about their music and inspiration.

MICHAEL MANDRELL & BENJY WERTHEIMER: YOGA DUDES

Benjy Wertheimer was a founding member of the world fusion band, Ancient Future and is a master of the tabla drums and esraj, an Indian violin. Michael Mandrell is a sensitive finger-style guitarist who's music was recently used on the soundtrack to the award winning documentary, STONE READER. These two musicians got together in Oregon where they've been fusing a music for yoga with languid improvisations and fiery tabla-guitar duels. They talk about their sound and spirit.
