A LIVING ROOM CONCERT WITH SOLAS
Veteran Celtic band plays live on Echoes

For more than a decade, the Irish band called Solas has been reinventing Celtic music with original songs and imaginative arrangements of traditional tunes. Headed up by multi-instrumentalist Seamus Egan, Solas continues to find new life in a sound based in the Irish isle. We'll hear them playing music from their latest CD, For Love and Laughter, live on Echoes.

AN INTERVIEW WITH LIGHTS OUT ASIA
Post-rock ambience ignites Milwaukee

We talk to these architects of ambient rock about roots that go from shoegazer rock to New Age music.

ECHOES AT NINETEEN
We celebrate the beginning of our 20th year on the air

It was 19 years ago on October 3rd that Echoes was launched into the radio aether. Since then, we've also been on the web, on satellites and just about anywhere else we can send the show. While the delivery systems have grown, the music has grown even more. We look back at 19 years of Echoes soundscapes as we begin to orbit into our 20th Anniversary.
