Acclaimed cellist Yo-Yo Ma talks about his latest journeys east with the Silk Road Ensemble. In a time of global conflict, Ma is seeking a unifying strain that reaches into the collective consciousness and flowers in the musical communion of the Silk Road Ensemble, a band that gathers musicians and composers from Japan to Armenia and points in between.
